Look How The AP Conveniently Cropped This Photo Of Ted Cruz

Ted Cruz spoke at a Second Amendment event in Iowa this weekend, and the press showed up to take photos and cover it.
These guys– the photographers– are professionals. They know exactly what they’re doing. They always take more than one frame. They take photos from different angles. That’s photography 101. So don’t even try to tell me that this was an accident.
Don’t.
Here’s the work of AP photographer Charlie Neibergall.

Can you imagine the AP featuring a similar image of Hillary Clinton? Obama? Pelosi? Any liberal, really?
I don’t know if the AP thought they could get away with this, or if they really think we’re that dumb, because they released this statement, swearing that, “ the images were not intended to portray Sen. Cruz in a negative light.”
So basically, it was accidentally-on-purpose.
"Presidential candidate Ted Cruz was shown in a series of 14 photos taken by an Associated Press photographer at a 'Celebrate the 2nd Amendment' event Saturday afternoon, held at a shooting range in Johnston, Iowa,” the statement said. “Five of the photos published by AP included images of guns seen on a wall in the background so that it appeared a pistol was pointed at Sen. Cruz’s head."
"The images were not intended to portray Sen. Cruz in a negative light," the statement added.
Mmmmkay.
The editors deliberately chose that photo. They even cropped it that way specifically. You can see the full photo here.
Cruz probably won’t lose any sleep over this photo. He knows MSM sucks, and we know they suck, but every now and then, we need to be reminded of their sucktacularness.
I’m guessing we won’t get four years of strategically placed halos if Cruz is elected in 2016. Just a hunch.

Interesting article about the AP’s photo cropping of Ted Cruz! It’s fascinating how visual representation can influence public perception. Speaking of photos, if anyone’s interested in improving their own photography skills, especially for travel or personal use, I highly recommend checking https://www.emilyluxton.co.uk/how-to-take-travel-photos-of-yourself/ guide on travel photos.
