Las Vegas Judge Attacked During Sentencing

This is crazy! Wednesday morning at Clark County District Court House in Las Vegas, Judge Mary Kay Holthus was in the middle of sentencing Deobra Delone Redden when he violently attacked her. She had just denied him bail and apparently the criminal was mad there were consequences for his actions. He said, “nah f*** that b*tch,” jumped across the bench, and start punching her. It was complete insanity.

Shockingly enough, he was being charged for aggravated battery. Go figure. The Judge, along with the marshal that tried to help her, have been taken to the hospital for injuries sustained during the attack and are currently being monitored.

That thug’s outburst and attack is like that of Charles Manson’s during his murder trial. Manson jumped more than ten feet from where he was seated, into that of the prosecutor’s direction. Fortunately, deputies restrained Manson and the prosecutor was unharmed. The ability to leap from that distance without the training seen in gymnasts and broad jumpers, (no pun intended) while enraged, is an indication of demon possession.
She needs to keep a gun and/or a baseball bat on the bench.
You have to wonder about these courts sometimes. I had to do a motion for one of my law school classes in Flint Michigan. While waiting our turn, the judge sentenced a guy to prison for like 10-20 years. The guy’s wife and very young daughters were in the courtroom. The wife starts screaming. There was no police officer in the court room during the sentencing. The Judge then asked his law clerk to go out into the hallway and see if he could find a sheriff’s deputy. A few minutes later a deputy came in and handcuffed the guy and took him out.
I just sat there dumbfounded as to why the Judge would not have a deputy in the court room when he knew he was going to sentence someone to a long prison sentence.
Omg! That’s so crazy the Judge didn’t have a bailiff in there!
