Greta Thunberg Arrested For Second Time In A Year

I almost completely forgot about her. Crazy how she made absolutely no impact, even just in my memories, huh?

Greta Thunberg is a climate activist and was recently arrested in London this past Tuesday for blockading the Intercontinental Hotel while it hosted the Energy Intelligence Forum.

Thunberg was joined by various activist groups which included Extinction Rebellion and Greenpeace.

After the police made multiple attempts to move the protesters out of the road, the activists refused. It is reported that Thunberg, and several others, were detained under the Public Order Act, resulting in a total of 21 individuals arrested.

This is said to be the second time she’s been arrested in a year span.
